This is a step-by-step guide to unlinking an account.
1.Navigate to Users > Browse Users. Select the user.
2. Click Settings > Linked Accounts, click the 3 dots next to the non-primary account and click Unlink.
3. Confirm Unlink.
Note: You can then deactivate/delete either account once the two accounts have been unlinked.
