This is a step-by-step guide on how to resend the welcome email. Use these steps for any account type.
Note: This is only an option up until the user has logged in for the first time; after a successful log in, the option to resend the welcome email will change to reset password.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users. Select the user.
2. Click Resend Welcome Email.
Note: All welcome emails expire after 3 days.
