This is a step-by-step guide on how to turn a substitute into an employee.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users and locate the substitute.
2. Select Deactivate Account.
3. Click Delete Account.
Note: The job history will be stored and can be accessed through a custom jobs report.
4. Navigate to Users > Create User.
5. Create a new Active Employee profile with First Name, Last Name, Email and Country.
6. Choose the Employee Site(s) and click Next.
7. Select the users' Classification(s).
8. Confirm and click Create User.
