This is a step-by-step guide on how to edit substitute leave.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users. Search for or select the substitute.
2. Click Settings > Availability.
2. Click Add Scheduled Leave to enter Partial Leave or Full Day leave for a date the sub is requesting. Add a note to describe the reason for their request and click Save.
Note: Scheduled Leave will prevent substitutes from getting any notifications for that day. Use X to remove the scheduled leave for that date.
3. Click Edit Daily Availability to edit their weekly schedule. Use the drop downs to make any changes and click Save.
