How to create an administrator only absence reason

This is a step-by-step guide on how to create an administrator only absence reason, which is only visible when posting absences from an administrator profile. It will not be visible to employees posting their own absences.

1. Navigate to Organization > Configuration > Job Reasons > Add Reason.

2. Enter the Name, Job Reason Group (optional) and Payroll Code (optional). Leave Available to Employees unchecked. Click Save.
