This is a step-by-step guide on how to permit other administrators to bulk cancel/restore jobs.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users and search for the administrator profile.
2. Click Settings > Permissions > Edit Permissions.
3. Scroll down to the Bulk Job Operation sections and use the check boxes:
View Bulk Job Operations allows the admin to view any bulk operation history
Bulk Cancel Jobs allows them to bulk cancel
Bulk Restore Jobs allowed them to bulk restore and
Cancel Bulk Job Operation allows them to cancel an operation that is still in progress.
Click Save
