This is a step-by-step guide on how to filter an absence reason by job classification and site. Doing so will prevent employees at different sites or under different classifications from seeing/using the absence reason.
1. Navigate to Organization > Configuration > Job Reasons then click the 3 dots next to the applicable reason followed by Edit.
2. Select Classifications and/or Sites, then select the corresponding options and click Save.
Note: In this example, we have limited the use of the Vacation job reason to Food Service employees only.
